Bio

A veteran of 22 years, Helberth DeOliveira entered the mortgage industry in 2001. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Helberth says, “I have been able to help many people achieve the ultimate goal of owning a home. I take pride in helping people purchase their first of many homes to come.”

Helberth’s ability to support his clients from start to finish helped him to achieve Platinum Status within the industry for high production.  “I always strive to help someone achieve the dream of homeownership while still meeting their financial goals,” he says. 

Helberth offers his clients an individualized experience, as he consistently makes the effort to understand their needs, allowing him to provide tailored options that will achieve their desired results. 

“I have a passion for this industry,” he says. “I work hard for the best outcome, making sure that loans are closed in a timely manner, and that my borrowers are truly happy and satisfied.”

Outside of work, Helberth is a proud husband and father of six beautiful children, as well as a grandfather of three. In his spare time, he runs a bible study, volunteers, and loves riding motorcycles.
